• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
• Accounts must not be created or used for fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Gatherlyy.
• Gatherlyy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Users must satisfy any minimum age requirements applicable to the use of the platform or participation in a particular event.

• Gatherlyy provides a platform for independent event organizers to publish and promote their events and facilitate registrations.
• Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including event descriptions, schedules, venues, pricing, capacity, speakers, activities, facilities, safety arrangements, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Gatherlyy does not organize, host, manage, sponsor, or operate events listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Users are responsible for reviewing the event information and any event-specific terms provided by the organizer before registering.
• Gatherlyy does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, safety, availability, or suitability of any event or organizer listed on the platform.
• Gatherlyy may provide tools that allow organizers to modify event information, subject to the platform's functionality and policies.

• Any registration or booking made through Gatherlyy is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the relevant event organizer.
• Prices, applicable fees, and other charges will be displayed to the user before completing a transaction, where applicable.
• Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, postponements, or other booking-related disputes must be addressed directly with the event organizer.
• Gatherlyy does not independently determine whether a booking is eligible for a refund unless explicitly required by applicable law or expressly agreed with the organizer.
• Gatherlyy is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, changes in venue, changes in schedule, event quality, non-delivery of an event, or an organizer's failure to provide an event or service.
• Where an organizer cancels, postpones, modifies, or otherwise changes an event, the organizer is responsible for communicating with affected attendees and handling any applicable refunds or alternative arrangements.
• Gatherlyy may assist with communication or provide reasonable technical support where appropriate, but such assistance does not make Gatherlyy responsible for the organizer's obligations.
• Users should retain their booking confirmations, payment records, and communications with the organizer for any booking-related inquiry or dispute.

Users agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use Gatherlyy for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes another person's rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user's account.
• Use automated systems or other methods to misuse, overload, or disrupt Gatherlyy's services.
• Harass, threaten, or otherwise engage in inappropriate conduct toward other users or organizers.

Users remain responsible for content they submit to Gatherlyy.

By submitting content, users grant Gatherlyy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the platform, subject to applicable law and the Gatherlyy Privacy Policy.

Gatherlyy may remove or restrict content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or applicable law.

Gatherlyy operates as a technology platform connecting users with independent event organizers.

Gatherlyy does not act as the organizer, host, promoter, venue operator, service provider, or representative of an event unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accordingly:

• Gatherlyy does not guarantee that an event will take place as advertised.
• Gatherlyy does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or suitability of any event.
• Gatherlyy is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, or conduct of event organizers, attendees, speakers, vendors, venues, or other third parties.
• Gatherlyy is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, delays, venue changes, schedule changes, organizer decisions, or other circumstances relating to an event.
• Gatherlyy is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, expenses, or disputes arising from an event or from dealings between users and organizers, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
• Gatherlyy may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the platform for maintenance, security, technical issues, upgrades, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gatherlyy's collection and use of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy.

Gatherlyy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable laws, services, or business practices.

The updated Terms will be published on the platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, Gatherlyy will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and any applicable jurisdiction specified by Gatherlyy.
